Business units are individualized management areas within the same BravePro account that allow companies and professionals with multiple points of sale or establishments to have much detailed control of their activity. For example, a hospitality business can create as many business units in a single BravePro account as venues or stores.

Venues and Events can exist simultaneously in the same BravePro account. For example, you can create venues for each of your company's premises and events to record specific activities in them. You decide the configuration that suits best the characteristics of your business.
You will need to create at least one business unit to start managing payments in your BravePro account. Except for this limitation, you will be able to create unlimited business units in your account.
It is very simple. From your BravePro account control panel:
- Access the "Organization" section and click on "Add business unit"
- Select the type of business unit and complete its information
- And... that's it! The business unit you just created will automatically appear in your organization.
You can modify the data of the business units of your BravePro account or delete those that you no longer need at any time. Just click the icon in the upper right corner of the business unit you want to change, and select the desired option.

Creating teams is very useful to get more detail in the management of an establishment in your BravePro account.

- Validation. They are access control zones or areas. Validation teams are often made up of members with a "security" role
- Payments. They are areas where payments are processed, for example, a bar or a checkout area.
It is very simple. From your BravePro account control panel:
- Go to "Organization" and select the business unit where you want to create your team.
- Press the "Add team" button and fill in the information that appears on the screen.
Remember that to create a team it is necessary to have at least one employee with the manager role in your organization.
Once your team is created, you can easily assign members. Just tap the options icon to the right of each team on your roster and assign them members of your organization.
The product inventory functionality has been specially designed for those businesses that require more precise control management. With this functionality, you will be able to create products, organize them into different categories and add them to your business units. Now, from your control panel, you will be able to have full visibility of each and every product you sell.
From your BravePro account dashboard, click on "Inventory" and "Manage Categories" to create your first product category.

The "adult product" selector will allow you to set age controls for some products in your inventory. Thus, those users of the BravePay wallet who do not meet the minimum age requirements will not be able to complete the purchase of these products. - Show the QR to your client and ask them to validate it with the "Pay" function from their BravePay wallet.

Creating tickets in the BravePro control panel is very similar to creating products and subscriptions. Visit the "Tickets" section in your account and select "New ticket". Fill in all the required fields below in the pop-up menu.

Right from your BravePro app, you can sell tickets to BravePay users. To do this, press "Charge ticket" and select the desired ticket. In BravePro access the "Charge amount" function to carry out a simple sale operation:
- Select the amount to be charged in your local currency and press the "Charge" button
- Ask your customer to scan the QR with their wallet or hold their card close to your smartphone to validate the operation
- That's it! A confirmation message will appear in your BravePro App and the funds will be instantly sent to your BravePro account.
Use the "Charge product" function in your BravePro app to carry out a detailed sale operation of your products.

- Set the amount of each of the items and press the "Charge" button when you're done.

You can roll back a transaction once validated with the collaboration of your client, in a very simple way:
- Ask your client to select the transaction they want to cancel in their BravePay wallet and click on "Request Refund". A QR with the details of the operation will be displayed on the screen of their wallet.
- In your BravePro App, tap the "Scan" icon in the upper right corner.
- Scan the QR of your client and... That's it! The funds will be returned instantly to your client's wallet.
